Asali was founded in 2016 when Sintamei and Naisola started beekeeping as a way to solve their bee infestation within their ceiling. Sintamei jarred up her hard work from the harvest that October and shared the golden goodness with family who developed into clientele. Local shops began making orders and flash forward to today our honey is sold and shared within Kenya's borders and beyond. Asali is committed to producing and processing safe, quality honey, beeswax and propolis. Which has since evolved into organic skincare products. Authenticity testing on honey per batch harvested is done to ensure to it surpasses all the aspects of the Honey Regulations supplementing our in-house testing.

About our Honey
Making honey is a complex and unique process
Asali Honey’s pure, raw honey remains unprocessed from hive to bottle and perfectly maintains all of the enzymes, amino acids, pollens, vitamins, and trace minerals naturally found in raw honey. We are different than most honey companies because we actually produce all the honey that we sell. We believe in doing all our own beekeeping so we can insure the highest quality of raw, unfiltered, and delicious honey, straight from our hives and into your tummy!
Our honey is produced by our own bees in clean Savannah fields. Our honey contains pollen, propolis and honeycomb all of which are very beneficial and naturally occurring in a beehive, it is naturally fat free, cholesterol free, sodium free, kosher, and gluten free.
The honey is then gently and responsibly harvested at our own rural facility without cooking, pasteurizing, filtering, or adding to the natural goodness found in raw honey. We never use force filtering, that requires excessive heat and removes the benefits of the natural pollen honey contains.
